This wouldn't be the 4000hp gen-set they've been talking about, is it? The trucks are made by Dofasco, found primarily under locomotives sold in Canada by MLW, along with C40-8Ms. They look like they probably came off an old MLW. You can see where a third brake cylinder used to be on the innermost axle of each truck.

I agree about the Dofasco trucks from a MLW unit, but I don't think it's a Genset. Looks like it has two dynamic brake fans in the middle of the hood, then three slightly taller radiator fans, and also radiator "wings". Looks like a conventional, albeit "clean", diesel.

From what I'm reading, they're Saudi SDL50...coming from NRE-Paducah to the ports in Houston.
