After a visit to the paint shop to "correct" certain issues with the initial release paint job, notably the orange handrail treatment at the ends, along with application of nose and pilot stripes, Norfolk Southern's Lehigh Valley heritage unit has been re-released

GREAT JOB!!! I like how NS is going "all out" to make these units correct. I heard a rumor recently that UP is going to be repainting its Heritage units back into standard UP colors and return them back to the 84-8500 series in the near future. Is there any validity to this, or is it just railfans talking trash?
