The buyer could be trying to resell it or lots of other excuses. One Watco employee posted this elsewhere, "The former NS SD40 high nose units... At least two of them are to be scrapped and the rest have been sold and will be moved."

Watco has scrapped 4103-4105 & 4112-4113 at Wichita, KS already. All came from NS/NW decent.
