Thats funny. Ya know, sometimes you have to wonder if these things aren't just an accident.

This has been running around like this for a long time, there's a picture of it taken in 2007.

There was a "Conrai" U-Boat that I remember seeing a couple times.

I shot a Conrail SD40-2 with COONRAIL on the nose.

In the 2007 Chris Hughes picture, you can see the outline of the "B", so the decal must have peeled off, versus door changeout. It is barely visible in Stan's picture.

The "condor" unit, BNSF 4560, the -9 with the Conrail nose door, was at Aubrun WA today on the point of a northbound grain train parked on the controlled siding. I wonder if it will finish out it's life that way.

Haven't been home yet to look at the full size pic yet (BNSF 5457), but a decal problem seems a bit odd, since it would span several doors. Maybe missing (peeled) from one door, but all the doors that had a part of the "B" on them?

Sure enough, you can see where the "B" was. Strange that all of it is missing, even where it wraps around the corners.
