Train # D BARMEM3 26 left Barstow, CA this morning at 10:00 with the
remaining BNSF-CN engines, plus an additional bunch of BNSF C40-8W's are in
the consist - totaling 54 units

what are the others on the train and does any one know where those are going.the non cn units,,,any one take a picture of this?

Not sure where the info of 54 units came from but the real consist was BNSF 4781, BNSF 4366, CN 2152, CN 2148, CN 2151, CN 2142, CN 2160
CN 2161, CN 2150, CN 2143, CN 2138, CN 2136, CN 2158, CN 2140, CN 2153, CN 2157, CN 2139, CN 2135, CN 2141, CN 2156, CN 2146, BNSF 4398, & BNSF 5275. Total of 23 units.
Train was supposed to depart today. After waiting all day in the heat and clouds, the consist made it to the old yard where it was tied down. Not real sure why it never left but maybe someone can catch it with good sun!

54 units seemed a bit much. Doesn't tons per operative brake or something like that, something in the special instructions, govern movements like this? There's been lots of deadline and storage movements, but they all seemed to have been in the 20 or 25 + or - range. Brings to mind the prosperity special, but that was in the steam days, and locomotives were much heavier.
